2. What Data We Collect
- Booking data: full name, phone, email, nationality, flight number and time, hotel/address, passenger count, special notes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited (only via analytics cookies if you consent).
- Preferences: language, currency and cookie choices.
3. Why We Process Your Data
- To create, confirm and perform your transfer booking (performance of a contract)
- To track your flight and position your driver at the correct time
- To comply with legal obligations (invoicing, travel agency regulations)
- With your consent, to analyse site traffic and measure advertising performance

5. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only to the extent necessary with our drivers (name, phone, flight details, address) and, with your consent, with analytics/advertising providers (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc.). Booking communication takes place via WhatsApp (Meta), whose own privacy policy applies. We never sell your data.
6. Retention
Booking data is retained for 10 years from the transfer date due to statutory obligations; cookie preferences for 6 months; analytics data for a maximum of 26 months.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15-22 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Send requests to info@vipdalamantransfers.net; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority (e.g. the UK ICO).
8. Security
Your data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encryption and protected against unauthorised access by technical and organisational measures.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
